Now that you've gone through a full iteration of the Flow Training process, it's time to do it again...and again...and again! With each iteration, you improve your abilities both in Movement Flow (hearing and pronunciation), and in Meaning Flow (understanding and Speaking). And as an added bonus, you also become slightly more familiar with the culture and music of the people who speak your target language! In addition, the more iterations of the Flow Training process you do, the better you become at the process itself. You'll improve your capacity to move your conscious attention to the places where it's most needed, feel out the nuances of the melody and articulate, and self-generate drills to strengthen your weaknesses. Below, you will find a page containing all of the training materials you need for each four lines of the song you were just training. Just as before, work your way through the stages in order: 1) Master the movements of each line 2) Decipher the meaning of each line 3) Integrate new words into your Story Stax 4) Generate new sentences with these new words 5) Memorize the entire 4 line sequence As you complete each step, record yourself performing the same exercises from part 1, and post the videos in the respective channels (#movement or #meaning). The more iterations you do, the easier time you will have next week when we specifically train your capacity for improvised self-expression. Enjoy!
